Valeria Uranga:
Insightful and Strategic

Meet Valeria Uranga, focusing on helping business professionals to improve their strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. Valeria assists them on gaining a deeper understanding of themselves while defining more clear views on their strategic business goals.

Valeria has a rich background in the financial industry. During the 90´s, she worked for Salomon Smith Barney in their Latin America M&A group, advising international companies in the privatization process as well as in the acquisition of Argentine and regional businesses.

She played a role in blending significantly different cultures and aligning goals and objectives of the resulting companies. Later, she cofounded Marcuard Asset Management, a successful multifamily office, her responsibilities including the company’s strategic direction, while leading the marketing effort.

Valeria played a key role in the management buyout and in the subsequent sale to a Swiss bank. Her next endeavors were in the non-profit and philanthropy areas, where she acquired new insights and gained new perspectives. Valeria strengths are empathy skills, leadership and team development, corporate communications, marketing strategy, and community engagement.

Veronica Berger:
Resourceful and Data-Driven

Meet Veronica Berger, specializing in guiding business professionals and leaders through transitions. Veronica helps them overcome challenges, resolve conflicts, and achieve their objectives by offering fresh perspectives on situations.

Veronica served as an Executive Director of Latam at F&C Emerging Markets in London for over a decade. She managed top-performing Latin American funds and played a key role in team building and strategic investment decisions. Later, as Co-Founder and Managing Director of Marcuard Asset Management in Argentina, her responsibilities included crafting strategic investment decisions and processes, experiencing two changes in ownership, and successfully merging diverse corporate cultures. Veronica's leadership ensured stability, positive client perceptions, and the continuous success of the organizations she led.

Veronica's expertise lies in business transformations, be it internal restructuring, conflict management, or facilitating smooth team transitions. Her disruptive and systemic approach, coupled with powerful questioning, enables clients to gain profound insights into themselves, enhance self-awareness, and identify the best path forward.
